Lights!

Here are pictures of the lights that have recently been installed. The bathroom lights are in but I haven't gotten any pictures of those yet.

Katelyn's room and the same light is also in the front/guest bedroom.

We also have canned lighting in the kitchen and family rooms as well as under the front and back porches. When I get the chance I will take and post shots of the bathroom lights and newly installed mirrors.

Here are pictures of the progress of the master bath. This is the room I'm most excited about!

This picture is a box that contains a sink/cabinet and mirror set that I got at Home Depot for a great price that will go into the half bath. It looks great in person and I can't wait to see it installed.

We've received our lighting fixtures recently and my plan tonight is to check each one and place them in the room they belong in so that the electrician can get to work easily and quickly!

Oh baby!

Congrats to my cousin Whitney and her husband Marcus who just had her baby boy last night! I've only seen pictures through facebook but he looks darling! We can't wait to meet him! He is going to have a big family that loves him already!

Katelyn and a floor

Katelyn and I along with my mom (Grandma Brown) went to a family wedding this weekend and I got a few shots of Katelyn in her cute dress. She looked so adorable in it! The last shot of her was from Sunday in her cute new shirt, taken by daddy!





Here are some shots of the new wood floor in the dining room, office and entry way. It is a little dusty from everyone walking on it but it looks beautiful!

kitchen updates

Our granite bar top was delivered and installed yesterday, yay! The tile has started to be installed also. I think the whole combination is looking great and exceeding my expectations of how it will look.

And this is a video of Katelyn in the house playing with the door of the closet. She loves to do this when we are in there.

Here are a couple of shots of Katelyn from Saturday afternoon as we were watching the Buckeyes. She looked so darn cute in her uniform!

These next pictures are of Katelyn with her cousin Jack. We went to a local green house to pick some pumpkins Saturday evening. It was fun and she got her own miniature pumpkin from grandma!

Counters & doors

Here are some shots of the newly installed bathroom counter tops as well as the kitchen counter top. They turned out so beautiful! This first picture however is of the tile border that will go around the tub and details in the shower. It is going to look great!

The granite is on schedule for an install on the 12th, I am looking forward to that! The flooring, starting with tile, will start being installed next week as well.

Here are shots of the interior doors. They are currently being installed this week. We also received the master bath tub but that was in a box. So no picture yet!
