Cabinets galore!

Here are some shots of the Kitchen cabinets as well as one of the master bath and shared bath cabinets. They are so awesome, especially the bar area and the off white master bath. I love them all and they are doing such a great job installing them.

The backside of the bar area.

The sink and front of the bar.

The opening is for the dish washer.

To the right is where the fridge will go and the other openings are the stove & microwave.

Another bar shot.

The master bath cabinets...so pretty!

Second (shared) bathroom cabinets.

And this is a shot of the septic and all the digging done for it! Taken by Brad from the very, very top of his bin.

Paint all over!

And that's a good thing! The painting is finished and looks fabulous! I am so excited. Here are pics of the walls/rooms.

Here is a shot of the basement where we were surprised to find lighting.

These are our cabinets in boxes for safe keeping. They should be installed Sept. 20th.

And finally, Katelyn. She loves these flags that are out back of the house for the septic digging.

Jack's baptism

Over the weekend we went to Boardman which is where Hillary's family is located to attend Jack's baptism. It was an honor to be a part of this event in his life. We are also honored to be called Jack's godparents. We had a great time and it was nice to see her family again! They are so gracious, by the way, thank you for dinner! Here are some pictures from Saturday and Sunday.

This was taken right as she started yelling for me. What a face!

This is what kept her busy during dinner!

Pictures from the wedding

These were all taken with my sister's camera since I forgot to take mine. They were also taken while we were at the reception waiting for the bridal party to arrive.

Kory & Maria's wedding

Yesterday was my cousin Kory's wedding. Congrats to the happy couple! It was a beautiful day and wedding. We spent it with our family, (on my moms side) and had a great time. Once the reception got going and the dancing started is when Katelyn really had fun. When she heard the music shegot wxcited and ran, unaccompanied, to the dance floor and started swaying and jumping to the music. It was hilarious. Brad and I plus some of the circled her and danced with her. She had a blast! By the time we left she was super tired and fell asleep on the way home. I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures however I used my sisters camera and will try to get the shots from her.

A conversion occured

Yesterday while Brad was working I took it upon myself to convert Katelyn's crib to a toddler bed. It was a simple swicth off the front of the crib boards. When she first saw it she kept getting in and out and did it with ease. She seemed to love it. I was however worried about bed time. I actually had nothing to worry about, when it came rime Brad and I put her down like usual and I stayed upstairs to keep an eye on her. She got out once and I went in and put her back down telling her that it was bedtime. She stayed and didn't try getting up again. It was a success! She got up on her own this morning and I didn't even notice until I heard one of her toys! She also did well with naptime and stayed in her bed. I am so happy with how well she is doing, I hope it continues!
