What's up doc?

Katelyn had her 15 month appointment yesterday and it went okay. She weighed 20 lbs and was 31 1/2 inches tall. So she is still tall for her age but apparently still underweight. I think she is fine where she is and am just going to keep doing what I'm doing but with just an addition of Carnation instant breakfast which is what the doctor recommended. It is supposed to have the nutrients she needs to keep growing healthy. She also wrote up a prescription for a stronger medicine for Katelyns eczema because it doesn't seem to go away. We'll give it a shot and see what happens. Katelyn also received two shots which she did well with. She only cried a lttle this time and was over it quickly. Her next visit will be 18 months and she will receive another two more shots! But those will be the last until kindergarten, but I don't want to think about that!

Ok, the long awaited house pictures are finally here! It goes from when they started digging the hole to actually having cement basement walls! It is all so exciting to watch the process.

Congratulations!!!

Brad, Katelyn and I want to congratlate Kevin and Hillary on the birth of their new baby boy, Jack Robert. He came into this loving world yesterday at 12:25pm 7 lbs 6 oz and 20 inches long. He has a beautiful head of hair too! We are thrilled for them and are happy to be called uncle and aunt. Plus Jack is Katelyn's first cousin! Not to mention playmate! We can't wait to spend more time with the new family! Love you guys!

Days 1 & 2

If you came to our house or even drove by you would see an extremely large mound of dirt. It has come about for the past two days and will be the result of our basement. It is very exciting and to me looks very big. I think the cement shall be poured within the next day or two. Hopefully I will get pictures up soon as we have been taking a ton! Now it's for real and we can't turn back! I'm so happy!
