Happy belated birthday!

This is late but made up for since we spent time with her on her birthday but happy birthday Grandma DeWeese! (It was on the 16th)

1 year pictures

We went to Sears Portrait to get Katelyn's 1 year shots done. She did amazing and smiled for almost every shot. The only thing is she wouldn't sit still! The photographer had to get each shot quickly before she was on the move!!! The last one is an updated family shot. We got some good ones and got the package this time so all the family will get pictures when we get them. Here is a preview of some of the shots...

Here are the long awaited pictures from Katelyn's birthday party! This isn't even half of what was taken but I don't want to overload the site!

1 year doctor visit

Today we went to see Katelyn's doctor for her 1 year checkup. She was 30 inches long, still in the 90th percentile. She was 18 ponds 1 ounce which is actually in the 25th percentile so they suggested to just give her moe calories. We also have to go back in 5 weeks for them to check her weight. We think she'll be fine and aren't worried. We are so going to start giving her whole milk and I can't wait to see her reaction! At this same visit she got 4 shots as well. She cried of course, it was expected. She seems to be doing fine and is currently getting into everything!!!

Happy first birthday to our sweet baby girl! Your daddy and I love you so much and are the luckiest parents to have you. I can't believe it's been a year already! We had her party earlier today and it was a success, she got many gifts and they were all great. Our famalies are the best. I will post more with pictures later.

Christmas presents!

The pictures of Katelyn in her pink overalls are of Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa Brown's house. She didn't understand how to unwrap gifts but we did it for her and she loved the gifts.

These next pictures are from our own Christmas. She got fun gifts and loved everything from us! She really liked her new shoes! We had a lot of fun.
